After starting his career in the aeronautics industry, Stéphane held several positions in the industrial gases and renewable energies sector at Air Liquide -R&D, Messer and then Engie Cofely. He contributed to the emergence of the hydrogen sector at Engie with the creation of HYPORT, one of the very first Territorial Hydrogen Ecosystems in 2016 in Occitanie, through the implementation of a hydrogen production/distribution station at Toulouse-Blagnac airport.

In 2020, Stéphane joined the Qair group, an independent producer of renewable energy, to structure and develop the green hydrogen business through the Hyd’Occ company: H2 production (6,000 t/year) and 5 distribution stations for intensive mobility. He has also contributed to the emergence of large-scale H2 projects, notably in Brazil and Iceland.

Recently, Stéphane created Hynazuma, a hydrogen solutions consulting and expertise company, and is actively involved in deploying low-carbon mobility and reducing the industry’s carbon footprint.

Stéphane holds a degree in Thermics & Energy from the University of Technology of Poitiers in 1990, and an Executive Master II in Management and Business Administration from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Tours-Poitiers-Paris in 2011. He headed the France Hydrogène Occitanie Regional Delegation from 2020 to 2023.
