An experienced engineer and qualified team leader, Pierre has more than 45 years of practice in the design of engineering solutions, project management and construction supervision of major civil engineering, institutional buildings and large-scale industrial projects with a cumulative value of several billion dollars.

In 2015, Pierre founded Pelcan Inc., am engineering and construction strategic analysis and planning consultancy. Since then, he has worked as a senior project management consultant on major projects such as the new Samuel-de-Champlain bridge in Montreal, the recent deployment of infrastructure construction activities at the Bécancour Industrial Park (Quebec), and many other large scale projects for industrial clients and major university and municipal institutions.
