Don has worked for over 40 years in numerous senior manager positions in fields ranging from chemical, nuclear, mining, electrical, renewable energy, transportation, oil & gas. His work entailed managing project timelines and multi-billion-dollar budgets, and large teams of professionals. He was responsible for numerous commissioning and decommissioning activities, maintenance scheduling, supervising large teams of contractors and worked for companies such as Hatch, Dow Chemicals, Sargent Lundy, Saudi Aramco, Gastons, Hydro One, E. S. Fox. Don is a member of the Canadian Nuclear Society and has thorough training in effective leadership and supervision from various world-renowned institutions.
