Currently Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President, Human Resources and Administration at SAF+, Dominique is a seasoned manager, specialized in business development and financing, with a solid experience in managing teams of professionals as well as supporting sound business governance. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated leadership and versatility in supporting management teams in all aspects of a company’s operation, whether in terms of strategic planning, financial management, business development, acquisitions, organizational transformation, promotion of ESG principles, sustainable development, and continuous business processes improvement. Dominique has a diversified expertise covering several sectors of the economy, including renewable energies and green technologies.

Dominique has an undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting option, as well as a graduate degree (MBA) in finance from the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) school in Montreal. She holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Dominique also graduated from the College of Corporate Directors at Laval University in Quebec,and holds a certification in corporate governance (ASC). She is in the process of obtaining her international certification in management coaching from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has served on approximately fifteen boards of directors and actively participated in board committees throughout her career. She currently serves as administrator and secretary on the board of directors of the College Centre for Technology Transfer (CCTT), CINTECH in St-Hyacinthe. She is also a member of the Association of Women in Finance of Quebec (AFFQ).
